Before Your Pets Stay

Check our opening times to make sure you’re able to drop-off and collect within our hours.

Double check your booked dates are correct, a few weeks prior to their stay. If you need to change your dates within 7 days of your start date of booking, the full bill will still apply, along with an additional administration fee.

If we haven’t heard back from you regarding drop-off and collection times 48 hours prior to the stay, an appointment will be allocated for you.

Please make sure any prescription medication has the original prescription label on from the vets.

Let us know about any medical issues that arise before their stay, to make sure we can cater to your pets needs. Please let us know at least 48 hours before their stay if any medication will need administering during their stay. Not disclosing this within the timeframe, will incur an added charge.

Please bring your pets in a suitable, lidded carrier so they’re safe to be transported. Cardboard carriers can be purchased if necessary.

If your pets are coming in their own cage, make sure you bring anything they might need throughout their stay with us including food & bedding.

Make sure to fill in your boarding form to the best of your knowledge, the more information we have, the better care we can provide.
