- Updates about your pet(s) throughout their stay.
- Guinea Pig bonding during their stay (in partnership with Neville’s Nest)
- Grooming & Nail Clipping (additional charge)
- Medical care for animals with long-term or short-term illnesses (this must be checked with us prior to arrival to make sure the care needed is in line with our illness policy).
- Heating and aircon to keep your pets at a comfortable temperature all year round.
All rabbits must be fully vaccinated (Mxyomatosis, RDH1 and RDH2) and copies of their vaccination card must be emailed 2 weeks before arrival.
